HOW TO COOK IDLI- TAKE THREE OR FOUR CUPS OF WATER INSIDE THE VESSEL. FILL THE IDLI CAVITIES OF THE IDLI PLATE WITH IDLI MIXTURE. PLACE THE PLATES ONE OVER THE OTHER ON THE LIFTER AND PLACE INSIDE THE VESSEL. GENTLY CLOSE THE COOKER WITH ITS LID AND PLACE OVER THE STOVE.
